Refunds and Returns
1 – EXCHANGE AND/OR CANCELLATION: After purchasing customized products, the cancellation and/or exchange period is a maximum of 24 hours. Due to their very nature, customized products cannot be resold or reused and, for this reason, cannot be exchanged or returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect or an error on our part in the customization. All customized products are individually made with great care by us. We also do not exchange or cancel products due to errors in the customization due to incorrect scanning by the customer.
This does not apply to customized products, which cannot be returned or exchanged, since they are products made exclusively, determined for each order. We clarify that once the customization has been made, it is not possible to remove it, leaving the product unusable for any other sale.
2 – DAMAGE, DEFECTS OR OUR ERROR IN CUSTOMIZATION: If, for any reason, we make an error in the customization of your product, or the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, we undertake to exchange or refund it. In this case, we will pay and/or reimburse all reshipping costs and exchange the product. Your return request must be made by email to contact@mommysparty.com, remembering your order number and details of the incident, within the deadline of 3 calendar days from the date of delivery confirmed by the tracking code.
DELAYS – BY THE COMPANY OR THE POST OFFICE
Since this is a production process, a pre-established deadline is required for the shipment of the merchandise. If the product is delivered/posted with delays by the company, the customer may choose not to receive the merchandise, and receive a refund of the amount paid. In this case:
– Refuse delivery upon receipt; In this case, the merchandise will be returned to the sender’s address.
– Notify the company that the product has been received but that you will opt for a return.
The order will be refunded in full, using the same payment method used for the order, whether by transfer or credit card. The refund will only be processed after the products have been received and the conditions analyzed. The product must not show any signs of use.
We are not responsible for delays on the part of the carrier used.
